Who We Are

Welcome to Norwood Land Management. We are a full service land development company with a focus on excavation and preparation services ranging from site clearing to installing utilities to slab preparation. The company’s founder, Ben Norwood, a graduate of Auburn University’s school of Building Science brings 12 years of experience in the commercial construction industry to every project.

After building his family’s home in 2020 he realized his passion for working on heavy equipment hence NLM was formed. Since then he has worked on a variety of projects: digging trenches, installing driveways, cleaning up overgrown property and just about everything in between. While he currently stands as a Senior Superintendent in the commercial construction sector, he spends his weekends focusing on his land management clients. Norwood Land Management is committed to offering the best service and will not take a job if we don’t feel that we can offer guaranteed satisfaction.
